I started Keto a couple years ago – and was able to drop 57 lbs in 7 months. It was an honest-to-goodness life changer that changed the way I eat (and grocery shop) big time!

I've found TONS of helpful Keto-friendly items at Aldi that helped me on my journey – for much less than expensive online keto options. Keep in mind what might be fine for me, may not be right for you 🙂 I follow a more relaxed “dirty” or “lazy” Keto diet. (If you do strict Keto for inflammatory reasons – then you'll want to avoid the items with gluten.)

Keto Chocolate or Yellow Cake or PanCake Mixes – 3, 4 or 5 Carbs

This is getting exciting – these are both GLUTEN FREE and SUPER LOW CARB! I checked the back and these are made with a mix of Almond and Coconut Flours – and the main sweetener is Erythritol. Very keto-friendly!

Palmini Hearts of Palm RICE, 12 oz – $2.69

If you love having rice dishes and can't quite get on board with cauliflower rice, this is another alternative to try! With 4 net grams of carbs it might be worth giving it a shot to have some fried rice again 🙂 I spotted this in the snack aisle near the Aldi Finds in my store.

Tuscan Garden Savory or Sweet Keto Salad Topping – $1.99

Palmini Hearts of Palm Noodles – 2 Net Carbs

At $2.99 per package and each package only has like 3 servings, it's a little bit of a splurge. BUT NOODLES. I know it says 4 but when you look at the back there are 2 grams of non-soluble fiber that you are supposed to subtract making it only 2 Net Carbs per serving. I cannot WAIT to make lasagna this week! I'll let you know how it goes 😉

The latest addition to the Keto Snack Bar line is the Vanilla Cupcake and Mint Chocolate Truffles – but be warned – there's a reason they don't put what the “bars” actually look like on the front of the box and instead show you sprinkley cupcakes. They aren't super appetizing in real life…

Spotted in the frozen foods section – these have the potential to be an easy on-the-go breakfast that will help you skip the Starbucks Egg Bites and save some dough. Also – did you think that having 2 Starbucks Egg Bites might be pretty darn keto? Well they're 9 Carbs for just 2 little egg bites! So this will save you carbs AND money.

The Snickerdoodle are perfect to much with your coffee for that cinnamony homey tastse. And the chocolate chip taste like tiny pecan sandies with chocolate chips inside and you can eat 7 with 0 net carbs!

They're almost identical to the HighKey Cookies on Amazon – but whereas those are 2 net carbs per serving these are ZERO!

*Net carbs are calculated by taking Total Carbs and subtracting any sugar alcohols and dietary fibers.

Not the lowest carb snack ever – but not bad if you're dying for a new munchy!

Keto Crackers – 4 Carbs

Choose from Everthing but the Bagel flavor or Cheddar flavor – it's no Cheezits but would be a yummy snack to have on hand with a dip or cheese cubes!

Tip: If you love and miss hummus… you can have 9 Crackers (4 carbs) and a Mini Tub of Hummus (6 Carbs) for 10 Net Carbs. It's a super satisfying treat on a high-cravings day!

Birchbenders Chocolate Chip Pancakes – 6 Carbs

In my opinion you have to REALLY be craving pancakes bad to give up 6 carbs on this – and that's without syrup! – but if you're feeling left out of the family breakfast this is a great option to have on hand 🙂

If you're a pickle person – these are supposed to be really good! And the price is right – one of these bags at Target is $1.39, so getting 6 bags for $4.85 is a steal of a deal!

Halloumi Style Cheese Fries (find in the deli refrigerated section) – 0 CARBS

WOWZA – that's a pretty fabulous carb count – I bet these would do great in an airfryer (And you could coat them in pork rind crumbs to make them more like crunchy mozzarella sticks) Speaking of….

Turkey Creek Chicharrones – 0 Carbs

In addition to the Clancy's Pork Rinds – you can now get these Turkey Creek Chicharrones in a big tub. I like that these can stay fresh so if you only want to grab a few once in a while they'll stay good in between uses. I normally only uses these for making chicken tenders (as a crumb coating to dredge them in) – and occasionally with cheese dip.

Elevation Keto Support Candy Bars – 3 Carbs

You'll see further down we posted a few other varieties but this one appears to be a new variety and looks like a nut brownie topping a butterfinger… have you tried this one? Is it any good? I'd love to hear!

The Aldi Keto Bread has been around for awhile in Multiseed or Wheat varieties (Scroll down for a review on those) but they JUST introduced White butter bread and I can't WAIT to try it out! Crossing my fingers my store has it – leave a comment if yours does!

L'oven Fresh KETO Friendly Hamburger Buns – 2 net Carbs

These are BRAND NEW at my store and I'm SO excited to see them! For only 60 calories and 2 net carbs per bun I'm gearing up for Summer BBQs 🙂

Fast Food Hack: If your family is all getting burgers out – simply order the burger without a bun and take it home and pop it on this Aldi bun 🙂 Great way to not feel left out!

Season's Choice Frozen Avocados

If you use avocados much – you might find these frozen chunks handy and affordable at just $2.99 for a 10oz bag. (However depending on the week – you can grab Hass Avocados for just 39¢ each – so there's something to consider!)

These say that they're already ripe, just thaw for an hour before you need to use them – handy! Plus they're high in healthy fats and low in carbs 🙂

Aldi Keto Bread – 0 Carbs

The Aldi Zero Carb bread deserves it's OWN huge entry because of how phenomenally life-changing it can be for someone doing low-carb or “dirty” keto.

Made by Loven Fresh – the zero carb bread costs $3.49 and comes in Multiseed or Wheat Varieties. Each serving contains 5 grams of protein, 9 grams of fiber and zero net carbs. Wooohooo!

Note About Net carbs: Since fiber isn't digested the same way as other carbs, many people subtract the fiber from total carbs to get net carbs. Hence = 0 Carbs.

But how does it taste?

It's decently soft – and while the taste is just okay? IT. IS. BREAD. Which feels miraculous after trying to feed yourself sandwichy-things on non-sandwichy vehicles.

Heads up – Organic Bone Broth has been added to the specialty refrigerated section!

It's a great source of collagen and nutrients (at least the grass fed beef – we haven't heard lots about the chicken). Lots of keto folks use bone broth and this one looks like a good option!

Sooooo obviously 7 carbs is kind of a lot – but if you're desperate for some pasta and you don't want to fool with the weird Konjac Noodles – they're a solid option!

I tried the Red box and they were ok. I only used a little handful (so it probably only was like 4 carbs for my portion) and covered it in alfredo sauce, with chicken and mushrooms added in. I'm a weird texture girl so it was noticeable to me that these noodles weren't as smooth as normal – but otherwise not bad!

This sounds….. like I don't want to eat it. Because the only way I can eat Cauliflower rice is if it's sauteed in butter and covered in alllllll the flavors to cover it up. (palate of a toddler here friends) But if you're in a pinch and need something to take the place of rice – this would be nice to have in the pantry!

Protein Wraps

These aren't of course strictly keto because they contain wheat – but they can help you stay on a very low carb lifestyle. 7 Carbs is not bad for these larger protein wraps.

Milkadamia Unsweetened Macadamia Nut Milk

I finally tried this – and it was great!! (I used it over my Sola Granola – mmmmmm cereal and milk!) 0 Net Carbs, 5 grams of fat, only 50 calories per cup.

If you like to add lots of cream to your coffee this could be a nice alternative for you as well.. Almond milk is also super low carb – but I like that this has 5 grams of fat vs 2.5 – it will help you get in the fat you're missing if you need it!

Mama Cozzi's Cauliflower Crust Pizza

This got great reviews on Yahoo Finance for it's crust's ability to get crispy the whole way through (not just the edges) – however it's 25 Net Carbs per 1/3 pizza. So if you're having a real pizza craving – this might be nice to keep on hand but it will pretty much be your entire day's worth of carbs!!
